Why we exist
Many product orgs already pay for analytics tools. The gap is rarely software—it is shared language, ownership, and the discipline to ignore charts that do not answer a real question. We sit with product and engineering until the numbers mean the same thing to both.
How we show up
Engagements are finite and deliverable-led. We do not sell platform licenses or run forever retainers by default. When a longer partnership makes sense, it grows from a completed project with clear owners—not from vague “ongoing support.”
