Engagement map
How an analytics project unfolds
A calm sequence from first call to handover—so product, data, and engineering know what happens next.
Four stages, one decision owner
We keep a single product or analytics lead as the decision owner so recommendations do not dissolve across channels.
Discovery readout
A 45–60 minute call covering the decisions you need answered, current tools, and where trust in the numbers already broke. You leave with a recommended engagement—not a sales deck.
Access & inventory
We collect read access, sample events, and prior dashboards. For taxonomy work we export inventories; for funnel and retention work we freeze cohort windows so comparisons stay fair.
Analysis & working session
Findings are shared in a live session with product and engineering. Hypotheses are ranked; we cut anything that cannot be acted on in the next two planning cycles.
Handover pack
Deliverables arrive as editable docs and a short recording. Owners are named for each follow-up item. Optional: a light check-in two weeks later to clear implementation questions.
