Refund policy

This policy covers consulting engagements with techcloudsolutions for application analytics work. It does not cover software licenses, physical goods, or subscription products—we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for scoped consulting work under a written agreement. Informational prices on this website are not charges. No payment is collected through the site checkout—there is none.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be sent in writing to hello@techcloudsolutions.digital within 14 days of the invoice payment date, or within 7 days of a scheduled workshop or kickoff if work has not started—whichever applies to your agreement.

Full refunds

A full refund is available when we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, or when you cancel in writing before any kickoff work begins and before we have spent more than two hours on discovery preparation.

Partial refunds

If work has started—access granted, inventories begun, analysis underway—we may issue a partial refund equal to fees minus time already worked at the rates in your agreement, and minus any non-recoverable third-party costs we disclosed in advance.

Non-refundable items

• Completed deliverables already accepted in writing.
• Facilitated workshop days that occurred as scheduled.
• Deposits marked non-refundable in the agreement when used to reserve scarce workshop dates within 10 business days.
• Third-party tools or data exports purchased at your request and disclosed before purchase.

Cancellation & rescheduling

You may reschedule a discovery call or workshop once at no charge with at least 3 business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in your agreement. Cancelling after kickoff follows the partial refund rules above.

No-shows

If your team misses a booked working session without 24 hours’ notice, that session is treated as delivered for scheduling purposes. We will offer one makeup slot within 15 business days; additional remakes may be billed.

Work already started

Once analysis or taxonomy drafting has begun, fees reflect progress. We provide a short status note with hours used when calculating any partial refund.

Purchased materials

If an engagement requires printed materials or venue deposits arranged at your request, those costs are non-refundable once incurred, unless the vendor refunds us.

Refund process & method

Email hello@techcloudsolutions.digital with your agreement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

Processing time

Bank and card processors may add their own posting delays after we initiate the refund.
