Korea product teams and reporting rhythm
Many Korea-based product orgs run planning on a tight weekly cadence. A monthly-only analytics pack arrives too late for the decisions that already shipped.
We design a short Monday readout: activation, retention of the prior cohort, and one anomaly worth discussion. Deeper cohort work stays monthly so the room is not flooded.
Language matters. Define metric names in both English and Korean when stakeholders span both. Ambiguity in translation is a quiet source of false confidence.
A reporting rhythm that matches local planning culture beats a prettier dashboard that nobody opens.
